Steve Olayinka was until December 2018 the General Manager [Human capital] for the multi-national; Seven Up Bottling Company Plc. As a versatile Management expert with wide latitude of professional experience, he has over two decades of professional practice in General Management and special focus in sales and people management at both the service and manufacturing sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He has similar years experience as a training facilitator in organizational development, sales and marketing, knowledge management, change management, creativity and innovative solutions, as well as personal and professional effectiveness.
He is also a regular facilitator at training programs organized by the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Financial Institutions Training Centre [FITC], Manufacturing Association of Nigerian [MAN] among several others.
Steve holds a Masters Degree in Personnel Psychology [MPP] from the University of Ibadan in addition to his first degree in Banking.
He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management [CIPM], Nigerian Institute of Training & Development {NITAD], and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management [IPDM] among others.
Steve is the author of Make My Day, a daily inspirational memoir for a more productive personal living and Tale of a Blacksmith an inspirational novel. He is currently the CEO of Fuller Yield Venture; a one stop shop for management consultancy.
